Payment procedure

Send SMS to 2200 as follows: TNA XX123XX 0
a) TNA (TNA2… TNH2) is the identification of locality, where you want to park. This entry shall be found on the road sign in the parking location
b) vehicle registration number, you are paying the parking fee for – no spaces (e.g. XX123XX) c) parking duration (figures 0 – 9)

0: parking fee for 30 mins 1: parking fee for 1 hour 2: parking fee for 2 hours, etc. up to 8: parking fee for 8 hours 9: parking fee for the whole day (if you plan to park for more than 8 hours)

The a), b), c) entries shall be separated by a space.

Parking fee may be paid for half an hour and then by full hours, i.e. by a single SMS, it is not possible to pay parking for e.g. 2.5 hours.

Example: by sending an SMS to 2200 as TNA XX123XX 0 the parking fee e.g. in the street Palackého (i.e. area identified as TNA) for the vehicle with vehicle registration number EČV XX123XX is paid for 30 mins.

If you send an SMS in incorrect form, you will receive a free SMS notification. However, the system is not able to evaluate the correctness of the vehicle registration number form.

Within 30 seconds of sending the SMS, you will receive a confirmation SMS, containing the parking place, vehicle registration number, price, validity of the parking fee and a check code. If you don’t receive the confirmation SMS within 30 seconds, the parking fee has not been paid. The parking fee is not paid if the registration number of the parked vehicle does not match the registration number provided in the confirmation SMS, even if the user received the payment confirmation SMS.

10 minutes before expiration of the parking time, you will receive an SMS warning.

If you are interested in extending the parking time, send the original SMS to the same number, 2200, and adjust the estimated parking time as needed. You will receive an SMS confirming the extension of the parking time as required.

The SMS price provided in the price list includes all the outgoing and incoming SMS informing about the parking status.

When paying for parking via SMS, the vehicle is not identified by any voucher; the parking fee payment is checked through a mobile terminal.

SMS payment is not possible if:

the conditions for the service implementation are not satisfactory
the SMS payment exceeds the pre-paid limit amount, i.e. there is no sufficient limit on the pre-paid card
the customer’s MSISDN is included in the group of customers (according to the individual mobile operator criteria), who are not enabled to the service
the total financial volume of orders (transactions) made in one calendar month for a single telephone number in total is maximum EUR 99.58 VAT excluded, by using any service or purchase of non-mobile goods via mobile phone within the SMS Payment Services

Payment card or fuel card payment – parking „on the street“

Payment procedure

First time registration

Read the parking place QR code from the road sign or enter the URL address from the road sign into your web browser (e.g. parkovanietrencin.sk/TNA1)
Enter the vehicle registration number (VRN). You can save up to three VRNs, which may be changed in the settings at any time.
When selecting the VRN, the website will display the price list. Each item contains the amount and parking time. Select the payment method from the menu (payment card or fuel card) and proceed to payment
Enter the e-mail, payment or fuel card or password. The password will safely encrypt the data in the phone. The password must not be identical to the payment card PIN code!
If the password is correct and the card is not blocked, parking is paid and the invoice has been sent to the e-mail provided.
If there is an error, you will receive an information about failed parking payment

I have already registered

Read the parking place QR code from the road sign or enter the URL address from the road sign into your web browser (e.g. parkovanietrencin.sk/TNA1)
Select the VRN from the roll-out menu on the page displayed.
When selecting the VRN, the website will display the price list. Each item contains the amount and parking time. Select the payment method from the menu (payment card or fuel card) and proceed to payment.
Enter the password selected when setting up the card. If the password is correct and the card is not blocked, parking is paid and the invoice has been sent to the e-mail provided.
If there is an error, you will receive an information about failed parking payment

Parking machine payment – parking „on the street“

Payment procedure

Pressing the „START“ button on the machine keypad, the machine will be put into operation mode and the initial screen will be displayed.

Select language by pressing the button on the keypad.

After pressing the button, the screen with parking payment instructions will be displayed. Enter the VRN on the keypad.
You can correct the error while entering the VRN by pressing the „CORRECTION“ button

After entering the correct VRN, press the „CONFIRM“ button, the payment process continues.
After pressing the „CANCEL“ button, the whole transaction is cancelled.

After confirming the VRN, the screen with payment instructions will be displayed.

The following will be displayed:

Option to pay by coins (nominal values 10, 20, 50 cents and 1, 2 €)
or card payment (Master/Visa, contact/contactless).

When paying by coins, the parking time will be automatically extended according to the amount of coins inserted.

When paying by card, the parking time is chosen by setting the payment amount using the buttons.

The screen contains the valid parking price list, operating hours and basic payment parameters.

The parking machine verifies the minimum amount and maximum parking time. In the event of incorrect payment entry, the error notice will display on the screen.

The parking time and the amount paid shall be confirmed by pressing the „CONFIRM“ button, whereby the payment process continues. By pressing the „CANCEL“ button, the whole transaction is cancelled.

With both payment options, the parking time and amount paid will be displayed on the screen.

When paying by coins, the payment process is completed by automatic parking receipt.

When paying by card, the instruction for card usage will be displayed.

SMS payment – parking lot with ramps

When entering the parking lot, take the receipt with unique code from the terminal.
When leaving, send the SMS to 2200, providing the unique parking receipt code.
After receiving the parking fee payment request, the system will verify the parking receipt code and check the parking time by using the parking system.
Subsequently, the parking price is calculated and you receive the final price including any fees. You confirm the price.
After confirming, the SMS for parking payment is sent.
The parking system receives information on the transaction made and exit permit for the unique parking receipt code.

Payment card or fuel card payment – parking lot with ramps

Payment procedure

When entering the parking lot, take the receipt with unique code from the terminal.
The transaction parameters include your e-mail address and the parking receipt code.
When leaving, you can pay by using your mobile phone or another device connected to the Internet.
After receiving the parking fee payment request, the system will verify the parking receipt code and check the parking time.
Subsequently, the parking rate will be calculated and you will be sent the final price. You shall confirm it.
After confirming the price, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your payment or fuel card.
The parking system receives information on the transaction made and exit permit for the unique parking receipt code.

Automatic cash-desk payment – parking lot with ramps

Payment procedure

When entering the parking lot, take the receipt with unique code from the terminal.
When leaving, insert the receipt from the entry terminal into the automatic cash-desk, which will calculate the due amount.
You can pay the parking fee cash or cashless.
After payment, your vehicle has to leave the parking lot within 10 minutes.

After using the card, information about transaction processing will be displayed on the screen, verifying the card.
During processing, basic data on the parking fee paid will be summed up on the screen.
After verification, the payment is either confirmed or rejected.
The payment process is completed by automatic printing of the parking receipt.
When paying by card, you have the option to print out the card payment receipt. You can choose the „OK“ or „STORNO“ option.
